制動(dòng)性能的好壞關(guān)系著運(yùn)行的安全性和效率，經(jīng)過(guò)拆修的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)檢查制動(dòng)性能是否處于良好狀態(tài)。制動(dòng)液中混入氣體會(huì)影響制動(dòng)性能，在更換零件下、清洗系統(tǒng)后要進(jìn)行排氣。

1、清除液壓管路、貯油室等處的積垢，加滿制動(dòng)液。

4、制動(dòng)器的清潔能更好地發(fā)揮其制動(dòng)效能，早期發(fā)現(xiàn)故障。經(jīng)常檢查腳制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)有無(wú)泄漏，各種接頭、連接部分有無(wú)松動(dòng)，總液壓泵液面是否正常，管路是否暢通，無(wú)泄漏，檢查橡膠零件是否老化變質(zhì)。
