裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)工作過程中，在排氣閥處，氣體的流動是不穩(wěn)定的，它以壓力波動的方式，傳到排氣系統(tǒng)的出口，在尾管出口處，連速度波動產(chǎn)生了輻射噪聲，主要包括三個方面，一是管壁的輻射噪聲，二是消音器壁的輻射噪聲，還有就是尾管出口的啟動輻射噪聲。
