1、臺式高速離心機的工作臺應平整堅固，工作間應整齊清潔，干燥并通風良好。
High-speed desktop centrifuge should be flat sturdy workbench, workplaces should be neat, clean, dry and well ventilated.
2、打開電源開關(guān)，批示燈亮。
   Turn the power switch, indicator light illuminated.
3、關(guān)電源開關(guān)。
   Turn off the power switch.
4、開啟離心蓋，將內(nèi)腔及轉(zhuǎn)頭擦拭干凈。
   Open the centrifuge lid, wipe clean the cavity and turned around.
5、裝放稱量一致的試管。
   Weighing put in the same test tube.
6、關(guān)閉離心蓋。
   Close centrifuge lid.
7、設(shè)定定時。
   Set the timer.
8、打開電源開關(guān)。
   Turn on the power switch.
9、調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)速旋鈕置于所需轉(zhuǎn)速。
   Speed control knob to adjust the desired speed.
10、每次停機前，必須將調(diào)速旋鈕置于最小位置，定時器置零，再關(guān)電源開關(guān)。
   Before each stop, speed control knob must be placed in the minimum position, the timer is set to zero, then turn off the power switch.
11、擦試內(nèi)腔及轉(zhuǎn)頭，關(guān)閉離心蓋。
   Wipe the cavity and turned around to close the centrifuge lid.
