裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率下降的原因有哪些?

裝載機(jī)發(fā)生柴油機(jī)功率下降的現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常發(fā)生,主要原因可能是柴油機(jī)制造質(zhì)量沒(méi)有達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率減弱。那么導(dǎo)致山東裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢?
1、裝載機(jī)中連桿軸頸回轉(zhuǎn)半徑或活塞銷至頂部尺寸不合適,裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率變?nèi)酰瑢?dǎo)致運(yùn)行時(shí)活塞撞擊缸蓋,沖擊力直接作用于連桿小頭,使其工作不正常面斷裂。

4、柴油機(jī)缸壁間隙過(guò)小、活塞裙部橢圓度太小,導(dǎo)致運(yùn)行時(shí)活塞膨脹,與缸套的摩擦力增大甚至咬死,致使連桿小頭受力超出設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)力而斷裂。連桿大頭在軸頸上無(wú)端隙、曲軸軸向推力軸承軸向、間隙太小、連桿大小頭軸瓦中心線不平行等,造成活塞偏磨,連桿小頭受彎曲力的作用而斷裂。活塞與套的間隙不正確,無(wú)潤(rùn)滑。
